Eas graduated in 1989 from the University of Nottingham. He obtained a B.A (Architecture and Environmental design) and a B.Arch (Hons) Architecture (First Class). He was elected as a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and has worked in London at John R. Harris Partnership, Crampin and Pring, Rolfe Judd Architects and now at Photiou Architects as a director.

  • Director with an in-depth understanding of working practices, designing and delivering projects in the U.K., Cyprus and Crete.
  • Projects ranging from small scale schemes to large complex developments, embracing residential, hospitality, offices and civil establishments.
  • Has led design and technical stages from feasibility through to detailed tender and construction information and successful completion of the project.
  • Construction of buildings with interior fit-outs from scheme design to completion.
