This residential tower with an art deco style combines modern aesthetics, fine craftsmanship and expensive materials to became a symbol of luxury and modernity.

The decoration of the interior and exterior of the building is classic art deco with geometric shapes and zigzag patterns.

The project comprises of 20 storeys of which 16 floors are residential apartments. Public spaces include cafes/restaurants, sky garden, gym, spa, swimming pools, public and private gardens.

On entering the building via a marble clad hall one reaches the lobby with views of the private landscape garden through generously proportioned openings.  The lobbies provide access to the individual apartments via lifts and stairwell.

The outdoor pool is located at the southern tip of the site.  This follows the irregular shape of the plot forming a kind of retaining wall that continues to define the border of the property.
